Bin Search Lookup fournit une base de données de recherche BIN (Bank Identification Number) et un service API qui permet aux utilisateurs de:

  • Saisir des numéros BIN à 6 ou 8 chiffres

3.1 Disponibilité du service

Test du niveau gratuit

Les utilisateurs peuvent tester le Service depuis notre page d'accueil jusqu'à 15 fois toutes les 7 heures sans créer de compte. Cela permet aux utilisateurs potentiels d'évaluer la précision et les performances de notre service de recherche BIN avant de s'engager dans un abonnement.

Compte requis: Au-delà des limites de test gratuites, les utilisateurs doivent créer un compte pour continuer à utiliser le Service ou accéder aux fonctionnalités API.

4.1 Accepted Currencies

We accept payments in multiple currencies to serve our global customer base:

4.2 Billing Cycles

Subscriptions are available on flexible billing cycles:

  • Monthly billing: Charged every 30 days
  • Annual billing: Charged once per year with 20% discount

Users may select their preferred billing cycle during subscription signup. All plans reset on the 1st of each month.

5.1 Auto-Renewal

Important Auto-Renewal Terms

By clicking "Subscribe Now," you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Auto-renewal will be enabled by default, but you can disable it at any time from your dashboard settings.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you disable auto-renewal before the renewal date.

5.2 Disabling Auto-Renewal

You may disable auto-renewal at any time by:

  • Accessing your account dashboard
  • Navigating to subscription settings
  • Toggling off the auto-renewal option

Disabling auto-renewal will prevent future charges but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

5.3 Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Disable auto-renewal in your dashboard settings
  2. Contact [email protected] to request cancellation
  3. We will process your cancellation request and notify Stripe to disable future charges

Upon cancellation, your account will be downgraded to the Free Tier at the end of your current billing period.

Paiement & Sécurité

6.1 Payment Processor

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not store, process, or have access to your credit card information. All payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

6.2 Data Security

Enterprise-Grade Security
  • Email and Password Encryption: Your email and password are encrypted and stored securely using Argon2id algorithm
  • No Card Storage: We do not store any credit card numbers, CVV codes, or payment information on our servers
  • PCI-DSS Compliance: While we are not directly PCI-DSS certified, all payment transactions are processed through Stripe's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure
  • TLS 1.3 Encryption: All data transmission is encrypted using TLS 1.3, the current Internet standard for secure web connections
  • ChaCha20 Cipher: Personal data is encrypted at rest using the ChaCha20 cipher

7.1 All Sales Are Final

No Refunds Under Any Circumstances

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Subscription cancellations
  • Unused portions of your subscription period
  • Dissatisfaction with the Service
  • Failure to use the Service
  • Technical difficulties on your end
  • Changes to pricing or features
  • Account termination for violations

7.2 EU and EEA Customers - Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

EU/EEA Customer Notice

For customers located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA):

By purchasing and subscribing to our Service, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content and services. You acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU once access to the Service begins.

By clicking "Subscribe Now," you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content.

7.3 No Account Restoration

If your account is cancelled, downgraded, or terminated, we do not offer account restoration services. All account data associated with cancelled accounts is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

Résiliation & Données

8.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Your account is downgraded to the Free Tier at the end of your billing period
  • Auto-renewal charges are disabled
  • All account data, including API keys and usage history, is permanently deleted
  • Data deletion is automatic and irreversible—we cannot restore deleted accounts or data

8.2 Company-Initiated Termination

Grounds for Immediate Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice or refund, if you:

  • Violate these Terms and Conditions
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Abuse the Service or exceed rate limits maliciously
  • Conduct DDoS attacks or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Engage in chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Resell data without authorization (see Section 19)

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds, and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

Utilisation acceptable

9.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Validating payment card BINs
  • Identifying card types and issuing banks
  • Integrating BIN lookup functionality into your applications
  • Storing and caching retrieved BIN data
  • Displaying BIN data on your websites or applications

9.2 Data Usage Rights

You are permitted to:

  • Store/Cache Data: You may store and cache BIN data retrieved from our API
  • Display Data: You may display retrieved data on your own websites, applications, or platforms
  • Commercial Use: You may use the data for your business operations within the scope of your subscription plan

9.3 PCI-DSS Compliance Recommendation

While there are no restrictions on how you use retrieved BIN data, we strongly recommend that you maintain PCI-DSS compliance in your own operations. Please consult the PCI Security Standards Council guidelines at pcisecuritystandards.org for best practices in handling payment card information.

9.4 Prohibited Uses

Strictly Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

  • Resell or redistribute BIN data to third parties unless you have obtained explicit written authorization from us (contact [email protected] for reselling inquiries and negotiations)
  • Use the Service to conduct or facilitate fraud, illegal activities, or unauthorized transactions
  • Perform DDoS attacks or attempt to disrupt, overload, or impair the Service
  • Exceed rate limits through automated scripts designed to abuse the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
  • Use the Service to violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Share your API keys or account credentials with unauthorized third parties
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

99% Uptime Guarantee

Enterprise Tier subscribers are entitled to a 99% uptime guarantee measured on a monthly basis.

Our infrastructure is designed with redundancy at every layer, including:

  • Multiple geographically distributed data centers
  • Automatic failover systems
  • 24/7/365 monitoring and support
  • Redundant network connections
  • Regular disaster recovery testing

10.2 Other Tiers

Free, Starter, and Pro Tier users are provided with Service on a best-effort basis without uptime guarantees.

10.3 No Warranties

Except as expressly stated in Section 10.1 for Enterprise Tier subscribers, the Service is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of BIN data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

We do not guarantee the accuracy of BIN data and are not liable for decisions made based on data retrieved from the Service.

Limites de taux

11.1 Enforcement of Rate Limits

Each subscription tier has defined rate limits (requests per minute and per month). Exceeding these limits may result in:

  • Temporary throttling of API requests
  • Account suspension
  • Automatic downgrade to a lower tier
  • Account termination in cases of intentional abuse

11.2 Fair Use Policy

We expect all users to use the Service in good faith and within the reasonable bounds of their subscription tier. Excessive or abusive usage that disrupts the Service for other users may result in account termination.

Propriété intellectuelle

12.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, databases, design, trademarks, and content, are owned by or licensed to Bin Search Lookup. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Service.

12.2 License to Use Data

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, store, cache, and display BIN data retrieved through the Service for your internal business purposes or for display on your own platforms.

12.3 Restrictions

You may not sublicense, sell, or redistribute BIN data to third parties without our express written consent (see Section 19).

13.1 Personal Information Collection

We collect and process personal information including your email address and encrypted password. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

All data is hosted on servers located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, with strict access controls and security protocols in place.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BIN SEARCH LOOKUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

14.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14.3 AS-IS Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF BIN DATA OR THE SERVICE.

Modifications des termes

15.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms, pricing, or Service features at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Website.

15.2 Notice of Changes

We will notify users of material changes to pricing or Terms by:

  • Posting a notice on the Website
  • Sending an email to the address associated with your account
  • Displaying an in-dashboard notification for active users

15.3 Continued Use

Your continued use of the Service after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription and stop using the Service.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

16.3 International Users

While we accept customers from around the world, all disputes will be resolved under Quebec law and in Quebec courts, regardless of your location.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bin Search Lookup, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Your fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Any content or data you submit through the Service

Final Agreement and Acceptance

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bin Search Lookup regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
